White-label GEO, AEO and SEO delivery for agencies

Overflow capacity for AI search visibility, content briefs, technical audits and local SEO. Delivered unbranded, in your template, against written procedures.

For US agencies, the work happens overnight on your clock: send the brief at the end of your day and it moves while you sleep. For Australian agencies, Manila runs the same working day.

The short answer

PH SEO Lab does white-label delivery for marketing agencies: GEO and AEO visibility audits, SEO content briefs and writing, technical SEO audits, and local SEO. The work arrives finished and unbranded, in your template, and I never contact your clients or appear in your reporting. Hourly work is $28 an hour ad-hoc, or $25 an hour for agencies that commit 20 or more hours a month. Fixed-price packages are quoted on request. One-time projects are as welcome as ongoing work, there is no minimum commitment, and you can test the work on one of your own client sites before paying anything.

Why agencies come to me

Your clients are asking about AI search, and you do not have someone for it yet

Clients now ask whether ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google's AI Overviews mention them, and why a competitor keeps getting named instead. Most agencies can answer the Google question. Far fewer have anyone who can measure the AI one properly, let alone fix it.

Hiring for it is hard, because the discipline is new and the people who can do it are either expensive or still learning. Training someone takes months you do not have. Saying "we are looking into it" works once.

That is the gap this fills. You keep the client relationship, the strategy and the margin. I do the measurement and the delivery, to a written method, so what arrives is consistent enough to put your name on.

What I take off your plate

Four lines of work, each run to a written procedure

Every line below has its own documented procedure. That is what makes the output consistent enough to resell without supervising it.

Where I lead

GEO and AEO visibility audits

  • 30 buyer questions built from the client's own sales, review and support language, not keyword-tool guesses
  • Run across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Google AI Overviews and Gemini, signed out, in one day: 180 recorded answers
  • Mentions, recommendations and citations logged separately, because each has a different cause and a different fix
  • The sources the engines cite instead of your client, and a fix list in priority order

5 working days per site. Re-run against the same baseline available.

Content

SEO content briefs and writing

  • Target query, search intent and funnel stage for every brief
  • What already ranks, and what the AI engines currently quote for the same query
  • Required entities and sources, so the piece is citable, not just readable
  • Structure, word range, internal links, and the one claim the piece has to own. Writing to brief available

7 working days for a pack of ten briefs. Your brief template if you have one.

Technical

Technical SEO audits

  • Screaming Frog crawl up to 10,000 URLs, plus Search Console diagnostics
  • Status codes, redirect chains, canonicals, duplication and indexation
  • Internal link depth, Core Web Vitals, sitemap and robots
  • Schema validation, including the structured data that affects AI retrieval. Prioritized by traffic at risk, not by issue count

5 working days per site. Larger sites quoted hourly.

Local

Local SEO delivery

  • Google Business Profile builds and ongoing management
  • Tier 1 to 3 citations, built and cleaned
  • Review generation systems that run without the client chasing customers
  • A monthly report in your template. A complete documented service line you can resell without building it

Monthly delivery, or a one-time audit or implementation project for a single client. Quoted per job.

Rates

Hourly rates published, packages quoted per job

Most white-label providers do not publish rates for AI search work. I publish the hourly rate so you can size a job before you contact me.

$28per hour, ad-hoc. Overflow, consultation, anything outside a package. Billed to the quarter-hour.
$25per hour, retained. 20 or more hours a month, priority in the queue and a standing slot.
On requestFixed-price packages for audits and brief packs, and a fixed 90-day implementation program.
TermHow it works
Payment50% on brief for a first engagement, then net 15 on subsequent work. Wise or Payoneer.
CommitmentNone. Start with one job. No retainer, no minimum, no onboarding call unless you want one.
RevisionsIncluded, inside the agreed scope. Anything outside it is quoted before it starts.
ReportingAd-hoc hours are reported weekly. Retained hours are invoiced monthly.

How a job runs

From your brief to your client, in four steps

You stay the only name your client sees at every step.

1

You brief

Scope agreed first

The site, the goal and your template. I confirm scope and timing in writing before any work starts.

2

I deliver

Work to the procedure

Every job runs against the written procedure for that line, so the tenth audit reads like the first.

3

You review

Your QA, your edits

It arrives unbranded, in your format, with the method and its limitations stated so your team can check it.

4

You send

Under your name

You present it to your client. I never contact them and I do not appear anywhere in what they see.

What white label means here, in writing

These are the terms, not intentions. They go in the agreement.

What I do

  • Deliver unbranded, in your template or a neutral one
  • State the method and its limitations inside each deliverable, so your team can defend it
  • Work in your client's accounts with the access you grant, never my own
  • Keep your client list and pricing confidential
  • Tell you before a deadline slips, not after

What I never do

  • Contact your clients, directly or through anyone else
  • Appear in your reports, your emails or your meetings
  • Pitch your clients my own services, during or after the engagement
  • Use your clients' names or results in my own marketing
  • Quote your clients a number I cannot show you how I measured

Try it on one job

Send me one client site and three buyer questions

Pick a client who has been asking about AI search. Send me their site and the three questions their buyers actually ask. I run them across three AI engines and reply within two business days: who gets named, who does not, and the one structural reason that stands out.

It is deliberately small. Three questions, three engines, a short written reply. Not a report, and not the 180-answer audit. It is enough to see how I work on a site you know, and to decide whether the full audit is worth reselling.

Not an AI search question? If the job is local SEO, a technical audit or content, send the scope through the contact page and you get a written quote, usually the same day. You can also email junrel@phseolab.com directly.

Want to see the method from the other side first? The free AI Self-Check is the ten-minute version a business owner runs on their own site, and the GEO/AEO article shows the full method on a real five-brand study.

Before you send work

What you should know about working with me

You will be putting your name on this work, so you should know the limits before the first job rather than during it.

  • I am one person. That is why the method is written down, and it is also why I take a limited number of retained partners. If I cannot hit your deadline, I will say so when you send the brief, not the day before it is due.
  • No agency case studies yet. The procedures are documented and the GEO method has been run in full on a real five-brand market study. What I do not have is a named agency reference. The free check exists so you can judge the work on your own client instead of on my word.
  • AI visibility moves slowly and not always because of the fix. Three to six months is the honest range for a change in how engines describe a business, and a citation appearing after a fix is direction, not proof the fix caused it. I write that into every report so your client hears it from you first.
  • Overnight means your clock, not instant. US agencies get the time-zone advantage on ongoing work. Fixed jobs still take the working days quoted above.
  • No ranking guarantees, for you or your clients. I will not give you a promise you would then have to make on my behalf.

Questions agencies ask before the first job

Will my client ever know you did the work?

No. Deliverables arrive unbranded or in your template, I never contact your client, and I do not appear in your reports or meetings. If your client needs access granted to their Google accounts, it is granted to whatever email you tell me to use. The white-label terms are written into the agreement, not left to good intentions.

Why publish the hourly rate but not the packages?

So you can size a job before you contact me. The fixed packages depend on the site, so a published package price would either be wrong for half the jobs or padded to cover them. The hourly rate is true for every job, and the package quote comes back the same day you send the brief.

What time zone do you work in?

Manila, which is UTC+8. For US agencies that means work moves overnight on your clock: briefs sent at the end of your day are in progress while you sleep. For Australian agencies it is the same working day. Calls are available in US mornings or Australian business hours.

What does the free check actually include?

Three buyer questions, run across three AI engines, with a short written reply within two business days: who gets named, who does not, and the one structural reason that stands out. It is not a report and not the 180-answer audit. It is there so you can judge the work on a client you know.

Can you work inside our tools and templates?

Yes. I work in your client's accounts with the access you grant, and deliver in your brief, audit or report template if you have one. If you do not, the default is a clean neutral format you can drop your branding onto.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. Start with one job. The $25 retained rate applies once you commit 20 or more hours a month, which comes with priority in the queue and a standing slot. Until then everything runs at the $28 ad-hoc rate with no ongoing obligation.
