Get named when buyers ask AI who to hire

GEO, AEO and local SEO for service businesses in the United States, plus white-label delivery for the agencies that serve them.

Ask ChatGPT or Perplexity for a plumber in your city and a few names come back. Ask Google and the map pack decides who gets the call. Either way, the question is answered before anyone visits your website.

I measure whether your business shows up in both, work out why it does not, and fix it. And I show you the method behind every number.

What PH SEO Lab is

In short

PH SEO Lab is a one-person SEO practice run by Junrel Real from Taguig City, Philippines. It helps service businesses in the United States get named in AI answers and found in the Google map pack, and it delivers the same work white-label for SEO and content agencies. Every AI visibility measurement runs 30 buyer questions across six AI engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Claude and Microsoft Copilot), signed out and from the client's own locale, for 180 recorded answers.

It covers three kinds of work. GEO and AEO (generative engine optimization and answer engine optimization) mean measuring and improving whether AI engines name and cite a business. Local SEO covers your Google Business Profile, citations, reviews and location pages, which together decide the Google map pack. And the content and technical work that feeds both.

The inquiry you never hear about

There is no report that tells you about the inquiry you never received.

Someone asked an assistant for a recommendation in your trade last week. Three names came back. If none of them was yours, nothing happened. No notification, no drop in a dashboard, no line in a report. The loss is real and completely silent.

The map pack has the same problem with a longer history: you find out you are invisible when the phone stops ringing, not before. Both are measurable, and measuring them is most of what I do. It turns "we are probably fine" into a number you can watch move.

For businesses that want to be found in AI answers

AI search visibility: GEO and AEO

I run 30 buyer questions across six AI engines and record all 180 answers: who gets named, in what order, and which sources the engines drew on. You get the gaps ranked by how fixable they are. Then, if you want it, a 90-day program to close them, scoped from what the report found and bounded by page count.

Starts with the GEO Visibility Report$595 one-time

Local SEO and Google Maps

Google Business Profile optimization and management, Tier 1 to 3 citations (your name, address and phone listed consistently across directories), a review system that does not depend on you chasing customers, and a content brief each month. Full Service adds one earned link a month. You get a plain-English report every month, including the months where little moved.

How PH SEO Lab measures and fixes AI visibility

The same four steps, whichever service you buy. Step one looks like this for every client:

1

Measure

A fixed set of buyer questions, run signed out with no memory and no custom instructions, from your locale, because account state changes the answer more than the model version does. Every run is recorded with its date, engine, the exact prompt and an excerpt of the answer. For local, the same discipline applied to the map pack and your profile.

2

Diagnose

What is missing, sorted into two piles: no page exists for this question, or a page exists and still is not cited. They look the same on a report and need completely different fixes. Treating them as one problem is a common way to spend a quarter on the wrong fix.

3

Fix

In a fixed order: crawler access before entity, entity before content, content before anything off your own site. Content work is wasted while an engine cannot tell who you are, so the order does not change. Scope is bounded by page count and agreed up front.

4

Re-measure

The identical question set at 30 to 60 days, plus an untouched competitor measured in the same runs on the same day, as a control. Without a control I cannot separate my work from the models drifting, and I would rather tell you that than show you a number I cannot stand behind.

Every number I give you comes with the method behind it, the date it was measured, and what it cannot prove.

Why work with PH SEO Lab

I work on AI search, not just Google

When a buyer asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Google AI Overviews or Gemini for a recommendation, a few businesses get named and the rest do not exist. I run a fixed set of buyer questions across all six, record who gets cited and which sources the engines drew on, and work out what your business is missing. You see the raw answers, not just my summary of them.

No long contracts. No vague deliverables.

Every engagement runs on a clear plan: what I will do, by when, and how you will know it is working. Audits are one-time, with no term. Monthly local SEO runs a three-month initial term, because it does not produce anything worth judging in four weeks. After that, it is month-to-month with 30 days' notice. No auto-renewing annual contracts and no exit fees.

You work with me, not a team I manage

PH SEO Lab is a one-person operation. Every audit, report and optimization is done by me directly, not handed to a junior or run through an automated tool. You get a practitioner, not a project manager.

Based in the Philippines, and what that actually means

I cover US mornings on request, so you are not waiting overnight for an answer, and you deal with me rather than an account manager. My rates are lower than a US consultant's, which is a real advantage for a small business, but it is not the reason to hire me. The reason is that I show you how every number was measured.

Proof, and what I do not have yet

I will not show you another agency's screenshots or a rankings graph with the client's name blurred out. Here is exactly where I am.

I have no published client results, no testimonials and no client logos yet. What I do have is measured research: six AI engines asked 30 questions that Tampa homeowners ask about house cleaning, with every answer recorded. The results publish on October 1, 2026, with every prompt and recorded answer.

Is this right for your business?

You are a good fit if

  • You run a service business in the United States and depend on customers finding you
  • Your Google Business Profile is incomplete, or you have fewer than 20 reviews
  • A competitor shows up on Google Maps and you do not
  • People ask an assistant for a recommendation before they call anyone in your trade
  • You are an agency that needs GEO, local SEO, content or technical delivery you can resell, for one job or ongoing
  • You want to know the number before you spend, and the method behind the number

You are not a fit if

  • You want guaranteed rankings or a promised traffic figure. Nobody can honestly sell you those
  • You want to judge monthly work after four weeks
  • Price is the only thing you are comparing
  • You need a large team, phone support or same-hour turnaround
  • You want claims published that neither of us can show the measurement for

I work most often with plumbers, electricians, HVAC and roofing contractors, landscapers, cleaners, dentists, chiropractors, physical therapists, restaurants, salons, auto repair shops and pest control firms, but the method is not trade-specific.

Junrel Real, GEO/AEO and SEO specialist and founder of PH SEO Lab

Who is Junrel?

I am Junrel Real. I have written for search, produced SEO content at an Australian link building marketplace from late 2021, and have worked on AI search visibility since February 2025, when that same role turned into it. PH SEO Lab is the practice I formalized in November 2025.

I built every system, process and template in this business myself. I would rather earn your trust with real work, which is why I publish my method and my measurements before I ask anyone to pay, and why every report I write ends with what it cannot prove.

What people ask before hiring PH SEO Lab

What is GEO, and how is it different from SEO?

SEO gets your page ranked in a list of links. GEO, or generative engine optimization, is about whether an AI assistant names and cites your business when it answers the question instead of listing links. The work overlaps: entity clarity, structure and source authority matter to both. What differs is measurement. There is no ranking to check in an AI answer, so PH SEO Lab measures with a fixed prompt set instead: the same 30 questions across six engines, re-run on a schedule so the movement is comparable.

My business does not show up when I ask ChatGPT for the best contractors in my city. Why?

Because the engine answers from sources it trusts, and your business is not in them. That is measurable. PH SEO Lab runs 30 buyer questions across six AI engines and records all 180 answers, so you can see how often you are named today and which sources the engines used instead. Nobody can promise you a citation, because AI answers are not deterministic. The honest version is a baseline, the fixes that affect retrieval, then the identical set re-run at 30 to 60 days with a competitor as a control. The free AI Self-Check gives you a first read on your own.

How long before I see anything?

For local SEO, three months is the honest minimum before there is anything worth judging, which is why monthly local SEO runs a three-month initial term. For AI visibility, retrieval-led surfaces such as Perplexity and Google AI Overviews tend to move first and the others lag. That is a directional expectation from watching them, not a measured guarantee. Either way you get a report every month, including the months where little moved.

How much does local SEO cost per month for a small US service business?

Ongoing local SEO is $550 a month for Standard and $750 for Full Service, with location pages a $195 add-on. It runs a three-month initial term, then month-to-month with 30 days' notice, or six months at the same price with a mid-point GEO snapshot included. If you want a one-time starting point, a Google Business Profile audit is $297 in 5 working days, and a GEO Visibility Report is $595 in 7 working days.

Do you take white-label work for US agencies?

Yes, white-label under your name: GEO visibility audits, content briefs and writing, entity and schema work, technical audits, and local SEO delivery. One-time projects are as welcome as ongoing work. Hourly work is $28 an hour ad-hoc, or $25 an hour for agencies that commit 20 or more hours a month, and fixed-price packages are quoted on request. Everything runs against written procedures so it lands ready for your QA, and your client never hears my name unless you want them to.

Where is PH SEO Lab based, and what areas do you serve?

PH SEO Lab is based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines, and works with service businesses across the United States. All the work is remote. I cover US mornings on request, so you are not waiting overnight for an answer, and you deal with me rather than an account manager.

What should I check before hiring a local SEO provider?

Ask for the measurement behind every number they quote. Ask what they will not promise. Ask whether the contract locks you in, and what happens when you leave. PH SEO Lab runs a fixed 30-prompt, six-engine baseline before recommending anything, states in writing what the method cannot prove, and works on a three-month initial term rather than an annual contract. Any provider guaranteeing you rankings or a traffic figure is selling something nobody can deliver.
