Services
What PH SEO Lab does, and which service you need
Three services, one method. Measure what is actually happening, fix what the measurement found, then measure again with a control.
Some businesses are invisible in AI answers. Some are invisible on Google Maps. Most are both, and cannot tell you which is costing them more, because nothing reports on the customer who never arrived.
Every service below starts by measuring that, so you know the size of the problem before you spend anything on fixing it.
What PH SEO Lab sells
PH SEO Lab sells three services. GEO and AEO measures and improves whether AI engines name and cite a business. Local SEO covers Google Business Profile, citations, reviews, and the Google Map Pack.
White-label delivery gives agencies audits, briefs, entity work, and local SEO they can resell under their own name, at rates quoted on request.
All three run on the same method: 30 buyer questions across six AI engines for 180 recorded answers, or the map-pack equivalent, measured before the work starts and again at 30 to 60 days against an untouched competitor as a control.
What PH SEO Lab does, and who each service is for

For businesses that want to be found in AI answers
AI search visibility: GEO and AEO
I run 30 buyer questions across six AI engines and record all 180 answers: who gets named, in what order, and which sources the engines drew on. You get the gaps ranked by how fixable they are, and then the implementation work to close them, scoped from what the report actually found, bounded by page count, never open-ended.
For service businesses that live on the map pack
Local SEO and Google Maps
Google Business Profile optimization and management, Tier 1–3 citations, a review generation system that does not depend on you chasing customers, and a keyword-targeted content brief each month. One earned link a month is included in Full Service. Location pages are a $195 add-on. Every month you get a report in plain English, including the months where little moved.
For agencies with overflow, or a GEO ask they do not yet deliver
White-label delivery
Citation-gap audits across six engines, answer-formatted content and briefs, entity and schema work, technical audits, and local SEO delivery you can resell under your own name. Everything runs against documented SOPs, so it arrives ready for your QA rather than needing supervision. Your client never hears my name unless you want them to.
Compare every service
Prices are what you pay, not a starting point. Turnaround is working days.
| Service | Price | Turnaround | Term |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Business Profile audit | $297 one-time | 5 working days | None |
| GEO Visibility Report | $595 one-time | 7 working days | None |
| GEO/AEO Implementation Program | $3,750 billed $1,250 per month | 90-day program | 3-month minimum |
| GEO Monitoring | $595 / month | Report every month | Month-to-month, 30 days' notice |
| Local SEO Standard | $550 / month | Report every month | 3 months, then monthly |
| Local SEO Full Service | $750 / month | Report every month | 3 months, then monthly |
| Location page | $195 each | Quoted per page | Add-on, any tier |
| White-label for agencies | On request | Agreed per job | Ad-hoc or retained |
The GEO Visibility Report is required before an implementation program, or credited against month one. Monitoring starts the month after the program ends.
The same four steps, whichever service you buy
The full version, with what each step cannot prove, is on the homepage.
01
Measure
A fixed set of buyer questions, run signed out from your locale, with every answer recorded against its date, engine, and prompt.
02
Diagnose
What is missing, split into two piles: no page exists for this question, and a page exists and still is not cited. Different problems, different fixes.
03
Fix
In a fixed order: crawler access before entity, entity before content, content before anything off your own site.
04
Re-measure
The identical question set at 30 to 60 days, with an untouched competitor measured on the same day as a control.
Questions people ask before choosing a service
Should I hire an SEO agency, a freelancer, or do it in-house?
It depends on whether you need a team or a specialist. An agency gives you breadth and an account manager. In-house gives you control and costs the most. PH SEO Lab is the third option: one practitioner doing the work directly, against written SOPs, on a three-month initial term rather than an annual contract. If you need five channels at once, hire an agency. If you need AI search and map-pack visibility measured properly, that is what I do.
I am paying for SEO but I cannot tell if it is working. Where do I start?
With a measurement, not another retainer. A GEO Visibility Report is $595 and takes 7 working days, and it tells you how often AI engines name you across 30 buyer questions and which sources they cite instead. A $297 Google Business Profile audit does the same job for the map pack. Either one gives you a number to hold your current provider against. Start with a discovery call and I will tell you which fits.
Which do I need first, AI search visibility or local SEO?
If customers still find you mainly through Google Maps, start with local SEO, because that is where the calls are today. If your buyers research before they call, and increasingly they ask an assistant first, start with the GEO Visibility Report. Most service businesses need both eventually. Measuring both costs $892 and takes under two weeks, which is cheaper than guessing wrong and paying for the wrong program for three months.
Do you take white-label work for US agencies?
Yes, under your name. GEO visibility audits, content briefs and writing, entity and schema work, technical SEO audits, and local SEO delivery. Everything runs against documented SOPs so it lands ready for your QA rather than needing supervision, and your client never hears my name unless you want them to. Rates are separate from the prices on this page and go out on request.
